PART-TIME CUSTODIAL SERVICES FOR KAMAS CITY HALL AND EVENT CENTER
Kamas City is accepting bids for cleaning services to maintain a clean environment at the Kamas City Hall and Kamas City Event Center. This position would require cleaning of the Kamas City Hall weekly, approximately 2 hours per week and the Event Center twice per month, approximately 2-3 hours each time. This opportunity is open to experienced custodial service providers who can deliver high-quality service on a part-time basis. Duties include, but are not limited to, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms, cleaning kitchen, dusting, taking out the trash, and disinfecting surfaces. All interested applicants may deliver a bid to the Kamas City Hall located at 170 N. Main. Notice is hereby given that the Kamas City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding a code amendment request from 10,000 Days, LLC/Paul Hunt to amend the Kamas Municipal Code 15.02.010 and 15.30.020 to allow Bottling Facilities in the General Commercial zones.

Conditional Use Permit
Notice is hereby given that the Kamas City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding a Conditional Use Permit request by RVH KBC 4, LLC, to allow a height adjustment on Kamas City lot KAMC-4, from 27 feet to 35 feet for an unoccupied parapet on a proposed commercial building in the General Commercial zone located at approximately 175 W 320 S.

Notice is hereby given that the Kamas City Board of Canvassers will hold a public meeting to canvass the results of the 2025 General Municipal Election on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Kamas City Hall located at 170 N. Main St. Kamas Utah.
*Amended 11/10/2025, The meeting was originally scheduled for Monday, November 17, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. Due to a conflict the Kamas City Board of Canvassers will meet at the date and time listed above.
